This policy covers basaltica.ai. It does not cover the data our product processes for customers; that is governed by each customer agreement.

Who we are. Basaltica, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Contact: privacy@basaltica.ai.

What we collect. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We do not use contact forms, tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations, for a limited period.

Why. To answer you and to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to know how it is used, by writing to privacy@basaltica.ai. This applies wherever you are, including under Brazil's LGPD and California's CCPA/CPRA. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

International transfers. Our team works from Brazil and the United States; correspondence may be accessed from both.

Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date above.
